Thai Red Curry Paste
 
From the southern region of Thailand, with influences from muslim cuisine, this authentic massaman paste is made using fresh ingredients and is ideal with any type of meat, fish or vegetable. Add depth-of-flavour to any dish, or mix with coconut milk for an authentic massaman curry.

Fresh onion, fresh garlic, fresh lemongrass, fresh galangal, whole dried red chilli (8.4%), salt, fresh coriander, spices, fresh kaffir lime peel
