DELIVERY /CLICK & COLLECT
Due to the unprecedented times we find ourselves in, the safety of our customers and ourselves is at the forefront.
In order to keep a safe environment, we have moved our shop to a click and collect/delivery service until we feel it is safe to re-open again to everyone. We hope we can still cater to our regular customers and any new customers that have not yet had a chance to pop into our wee shop.
1) You will find the order form at the bottom of the page
2) Simply enter your personal information in the appropriate fields*
3) Put a number (1, 2) in the quantity column next to the products you would like to order. (quantity by weight or each).
4) You will see the total column auto-fill with the price of goods depending on the quantity.
5) Save and attach the completed order form to the following email; firstname.lastname@example.org
We will happily pick your order (these are picked in the order they were placed), and the goods will be packed in biodegradable, recyclable packaging. We will email you with any out of stock items. If you are collecting from the store we kindly ask that these goods are paid for in-store, via card payment only. If you are isolating and require delivery you will receive a payment request with the final cost of goods via a payment link. All you have to do is click the link and process the payment. Once payment has been received your order will be ready to be dispatched from our store.
If you place an order before 12pm the goods will be ready for collection/delivered the same day, after 12pm, the goods will be ready the following day. Please wait until you have paid the link before collecting.
Everything on the list is in stock at the time the picking sheet is sent however, this may change throughout the day so we cannot guarantee full orders. We will update the form as often as we are able.
The total on the order form may differ to the final amount sent to you via payment link; this could be due to several reasons such as, out of stock items or that the weight of the goods is not exactly as ordered.
We cannot process refunds on individual items from an order purchased via iZettle payment links (only full order amounts) however we can always offer substitutions or replacements of goods in-store.
Tuesday 30th June will be the last day using payment links for those collecting and we would kindly ask that you pay in-store by card. Payment links will continue for non-contact deliveries only.
We can only offer (free) delivery to EH3, EH4 & EH5 as we don't have the vehicles to go further afield at present but will of course add more areas as and when we can. If you could try and leave this service to the more at-risk groups and just take a wee trip to collect your goods from The Good Store we'd really appreciate it.
Delivery and collection times are Tuesday - Saturday between 10 am-4 pm.
The minimum order cost is set at £1.50 for collections and £5 for delivery. No orders placed on Sunday or Monday morning, any orders placed on Saturday afternoon (after 12pm) will not be available for collection/delivery until Tuesday from 10 am.
