As we move into the next phase of COVID-19 from 26th April we will continue to prioritise the safety of our staff,  customers and the wider community. As an essential business, we are open for business and will continue to do so unless instructed otherwise.

 

Self-serve will be available again from the 17th of April.

1. Please bring along only clean containers.

2. Please come shopping one at a time if possible.

3. Sanitise hands upon entering and leaving the store

4. Wear a mask whilst in-store.

5. Use funnels, scoops and spoons to refill.

6. If feeling unwell please opt for delivery or click & collect and have someone else collect for you.

7. Keep a safe distance from others whilst in-store.

Help is always available just ask a member of staff.

Drop n Go - If you would like to drop off your containers for us to refill then do so with clean, clearly labelled containers and we will refill for you to pick up the same day and pay at collection.

*Delivery/Click & Collect Service - This will continue as we realise this has become a very helpful way to shop whilst we continue to offer an organic, plastic-free shopping experience.

We have increased all health & safety procedures and practises in line with the Government's guidance, and Risk mitigating measures have been put in place where relevant.
